Sound Bath & Social

As busy female business owners (let alone our normal life roles!), it's hard to find time just for you. This evening Boss Babes event - co-hosted by Alex Coulter of Living Balance - has been carefully curated to give you just that.

We begin the evening with a relaxing sound bath in the private yoga studio at Soul Chai, which will soothe the mind and body into a restful state through music, guided expertly by Alex. We then move upstairs to the cafe for some casual and informal networking and conversation, or even some personal journaling if you'd prefer. We will enjoy some delicious fresh chai and nibbles too.

Expect a warm, cosy and comforting space for you to take off those multiple hats, put down those various juggling balls, and return to yourself, even just for an hour or two. Because you really do deserve this.
