For those who don't know me, I am Nici and I am a Transformation and Empowerment Coach.

I have worked in Senior Management for nearly 10 years now, and my role has always been to empower managers to be the leaders they need to be for their teams, aiding all colleagues to see their true potential and being their biggest support and cheer leader for them to get there.

This has always creeped into my personal life, and I now want to focus on supporting those who are going through transformational situations in their lives or want to make a change but have no idea where to start.

I want to help those who seek it for their personal development rather than for a corporate benefit.
